Welcome to Settle Talent Mobility Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services related to document attestation and legalisation. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We provide the following services to our customers:

Translation Services
Document Attestation and Legalisation Services
Primary Source Verification and Background Screening
Registration and License Application Services with Professional Bodies
Visa Application and Submission
Consultancy Services for Talent Mobilisation
Important Note: We do not act as a legal authority or government agent. We act as facilitators to assist with the attestation, legalisation, and registration process on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents.
Ensure that the documents submitted are genuine and lawfully obtained.
Cooperate with us during the verification and processing period.
Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
Fraudulent Documents: If any document submitted is found to be fraudulent or counterfeit, we reserve the right to immediately cease processing and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including:
Uploading or transmitting any false or misleading information.
Interfering with or disrupting the website or systems.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All fees for our services will be clearly communicated before we proceed. Prices may vary based on the type of document, country of destination, and processing urgency. Payment must be made in full prior to services being rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, once payment is received, we immediately begin processing and submitting your documents to the relevant authorities, embassies, or government agencies. This process involves administrative work, third-party coordination, and document handling that cannot be reversed or cancelled once initiated. Therefore, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless agreed beforehand in writing.

6. Processing Times and Limitations

Estimated processing times are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur due to:

Government or embassy processing issues.
Incomplete or incorrect information.
Unforeseen administrative requirements.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party entities or force majeure events.

7. Document Handling and Delivery

We take utmost care in handling your documents. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to documents during transit by courier services or postal systems. It is your responsibility to ensure that all documents sent to us are properly packaged and tracked.

8. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process your information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

Losses caused by delays or rejections by third-party authorities.
Damaged or lost documents during courier or third-party handling.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the website or the success of document processing with third-party institutions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia. Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
